Thet Naing is a founding machine learning engineer at Brightwave, where he builds the platform’s LLM infrastructure and agent systems. Much of his work centers on documents — letting agents read any format, ground their outputs in source, and produce editable deliverables like spreadsheets, presentations, and reports in native Office formats. Before Brightwave, he spent five years building machine learning systems in healthcare and finance, including leading LLM engineering at System. Thet studied Statistics and Neuroscience at Columbia University.
